    Integrating Zapier with Smartsheet software is important because it gives users the ability to automate their workflows and streamline the process of managing their projects and tasks. With Zapier, users can quickly create tasks from emails, track changes to tasks in real time, and build custom workflows that can be triggered by events in other applications or from within Smartsheet. This allows users to be more efficient and productive, and to manage their projects more effectively.

    It's got a lot of trigger options on Zapier. We haven't yet had to set up api because of it not having a workflow we want

    We Zap in the responses from Gravity Forms into Smartsheet. This product is unfortunately not the most reliable.

    We used Zapier to automate our time logs, which eliminated a data entry position, and freed up resources.

    We have a table that must be uploaded to our ERP system and multiple users are responsible for updating the table. Smartsheets allows several users to access the table simultaneously.

    We often build in Smartsheet and extract to Excel for various reasons. That this process is seemless is a Godsend to the way we use Smartsheet.

    Smartsheet is more fun to work with. Having good excel knowledge has made smartsheet more easier to use and understand.

From within Smartsheet, users can access their spreadsheets in Google Sheets, allowing them to quickly review view, and update their data. This integration also allows users to leverage the power of Smartsheet to track and manage their Google Sheets data, including automated notifications and alerts, task assignments, and reporting. By leveraging the best of both platforms, users can maximize their productivity and efficiency.

    We use that to plan detailed project tasks, way more detailed than in Smartsheet.
