Canary solutions include Contactless Check-In, Contactless Checkout, Digital Upsells, Guest Messaging, Digital Tipping, and Digital Authorizations & Contracts.

Contactless Check-In enables hoteliers to streamline the check-in process, conducted advanced fraud checks and upsell room upgrades and other add-on packages.

Contactless Checkout enables hoteliers to improve housekeeping efficiency because they know exactly when a room is ready to be turned. Canary also includes a customizable guest survey in the checkout process and will prompt any guest that leaves a 5-star review to share their experience on Google and Tripadvisor.

Canary Messaging enables front desk and concierge teams to communicate with guests via automated, broadcast and direct messages. Guests simply text staff via their preferred app (SMS, WhatsApp) and hotel employees can prioritize and respond to messages accordingly in Canary's comprehensive dashboard.

Digital Upsells enables hoteliers to offer upsells and add-on packages to guests. Upsells can be purchased from the time of booking through checkout, resulting in $1000's of new revenue per week.

Digital Tipping increases staff take-home pay, without hurting a hotel's bottom line. Canary's highly flexible tipping solution leverages QR codes and Guest Messaging to encourage guests to show gratitude.

Digital Authorizations & Contracts enable hoteliers to process credit card authorizations faster and more securely than ever. By eliminating the need for paper/PDF authorization forms, Canary can reduce chargebacks and fraud by up to 90%

All Canary solutions are built on top of its PCI level one compliant platform, mobile-friendly and can be accessed easily via the web (no new native app downloads required by guests).

Canary integrates seamlessly with most modern property management systems (OPERA, protel, etc.) and launches 5-10 new integrations with other hotel technology solutions every quarter.

Canary provides 24/7 phone and email support, is available in 21 languages and offers comprehensive training and resources for hotel staff members.
