Thanks to its many practical functions, this app turns your specialists' iPhones and iPads into a Swiss army knife for their daily requirements. Your technical staff can easily call up addresses and object information anywhere and at any time, process current and newly received orders, directly record maintenance requests, rectified faults or measurement data, immediately book material and much more - and all this completely paperless. The integrated camera makes it possible. Your specialists can easily identify and book objects, articles or meters via QR & barcode.
For example, a technician records the tasks he has carried out and the materials he requires directly on site on his iPad and sends the information to the head office without delay. This not only makes the documentation of a current customer order very easy. The entry of a new customer order can also be transmitted directly to the head office and from there immediately to a field service employee. Another great advantage is that CareOffice Touch 8 can be used online as well as offline. This means no loss of time when going out into the field, making your specialists much more effective as well as efficient and ultimately making your company more profitable.
A login is required to use CareOffice Touch 8. This is because this application only works in conjunction with our Sogema CareOffice solution. Please contact your account manager before you start using this application.
