What I liked most was that it is compatible with Windows and Mac, as well as the management of licenses, creation, modification and deletion of users.

The Authenticator application crashes a lot; it suddenly stops sending notifications, and I have to reset the MFA parameters so that users can configure their account.

One of my favorite features of Microsoft 356 is the ability to use the cloud features to any device that is connected to the account.
