I can't message carrier directedly on loads that are API connected. While Freightview is very easy to use, I found the reporting and analytics to be somewhat limited, especially when trying to pull deeper operational insights or build more customized dashboards.

Their Chat support answers questions quickly and correctly. If there is an issue (which was probably 4 times over the past 7 years) it is resolved usually within minutes.

Also when we schedule a shipment with a broker other drivers are still looking on their portal for a truck.

They dont have integration with NetSuite Yet Which I wish they would have and also sometimes their Rate Quote integration can slow down our ordering Process!

Their API support works great, and it really feels like a one-stop solution whether we’re booking full truckloads, LTL, or even parcel shipments.

Also some features could be tweaked. When i'm doing a multiple stop truck, it's hard to get the BOL to work with all the stops or to find the multiple BOLS for the load.

Shipments are easy to track and with multiple locations/people having logins it allows then to track shipments easily and keeps them from reaching out to the freight dept anytime they have a question on where their shipment is.  

I've had only two questions since I began using it, and the customer support team responded within minutes to resolve my issues.

What I like least about Freightview is the confusion sometimes from whether or not to be using the freightview BOL or the carrier's BOL

I wish it had a map that you can click and see the mileage and directions.

Not all LTL carriers update the information such as tracking or pick ups within FreightView.

The brokerage option has also been useful, helping us secure good freight rates.

I would say if there is something to improve on at this time, it would be the ability to quickly adjust zip to zip rates for a carrier.

My biggest complaint with Freightview is how the Freightview bill of lading shows loads with multiple stops.

For example one of our vendors is closed on Fridays, and we are closed earlier on Friday than we are Mon-Thurs.

I really don't like the fact that if I make a mistake on the first page, it forces me to go back and reenter all of the information again.
