SafetyCulture vs Intelex EHS Software Comparison

If you know how to use this software best you will receive a world class tool for literally pennies only. As an experienced EHS engineer it took me 30 minutes only to get my first report up and running. price vs. value is outstanding and for small EHS teams it's nearly the single best option available. Just forget those big players from Intellex up to Ecointense, this tool gives you more for less and the support is the best I have ever seens.

At this moment the base tool (desktop) is in English only, makes it harder to transfer the tool to the base once your not native and/ or want to incorporate it internationally internationally. Layout options for the report covers could improve, but those are minors.

The creation of the audits was the easiest I have used. Uploading current audits into the system and using the software to recognize the contents is simple. Also, the dashboard lets you create the reports to match our requirements. Charts, graphs, summaries. It is all there.

No complaints about the software. It has saved us so much resources.

iAuditor is an incredibly comprehensive and versatile audit software. It offers a variety of customizable options for creating audit checklists, and its user-friendly interface makes it easy to quickly configure and complete audits. The reporting features are excellent, providing detailed insights into each audit.

The price of iAuditor can be a bit expensive for some users, and the learning curve for the software can be a bit steep for those who are not familiar with audit software.

iAuditor is very easy to use, I especially like that there are regular updates and new features added. Logic is one of my favourite features as it adds extra functionality to my templates.

I use this for daily inspections on activities and it is great for that! If something does not pass, the appropriate person will receive an email.

I have other checklists plugged into this software but I don't always check everything off at once. This software isn't the best for that since it wants you to complete the it once you start it.

Currently using the software as a free trial. It speeds up the GMP auditing process. Notifies you when it is due. Sends notifications to the action owner and updates the auditor on the progress of the actions raised during audits.

i have not yet explored all the features of the software. So far, so good.

It can be accesses via app and online. It's loading fast. Running the reports to identify vulnerabilities has never been easier.

From what I have used in the past, this is the best software I've seen out there.

It's pretty easy to create a template and customize for your individual needs.

Back office the software is clunky and not very intuitive. Sync and uploads are minor league and frustrating.

Very easy to navigate and use, this software can be quickly opened, whether on a mobile device or desktop.

We had problems with working offline, the last time we tried this. I would like to see functionality that directly integrated floorplans as a specific feature, so they are organised and saved within the application for regular use. The markup functionality is passable, but could have more work - I currently generate floorplans with markup using a better app (Report and Run), and then share them to iAuditor.

It makes a very neat, clean, professional app. Very short learning curve, produces really nice results. I was using it for a custodial inspection app and it would let me take pictures, grade, and add notes on whatever the thing was that I was looking at. The report that it makes is really neat and professional looking as well!

In the free version, you are restricted to a certain amount use per month. Since I had to take a lot of pictures, I used up my allotment quickly. I do think though that with a larger plan that would enable me to have more data, that it would be a rock star program!

There is a lot that I like about this software. The ease of use in developing a template to start. Then the ease of use when modifying a template. Another great feature is they offer a large "Public" library of form templates that other users have been nice enough to share. This makes it easy to modify the template to meet you exact needs. The ability to sign a for is an awesome feature as well.

I have yet to find anything that i do not like about this software. Keep up the great work team iAuditor!

Not found anything that's a negative with this software, easy to use and when I needed customer services they were helpful and knowledgable

The software easily documents and tracks all audits and corrective actions which allows your team to focus on improvements and other impactful projects.

Setting up the initial audits are a little time consuming but training and deployment was a breeze.

- Nothing, all is good, they have great features and their customer service is great!

You can create outstanding quality inspection lists and quality checks in minimal time. The features and functionality made me look really professional when I presented the completed inspection sheet to my line manager. Branding is a great addition to make the final reports look professional and personal. Works great on tablet or phone which makes is super-handy and discreet. It can be as simple or complex as you choose it to be.

The Geo locating is sometimes off and annoying, but mostly pretty good.

The most outstanding feature is, when used on an ipad, with a pre-established audit checklist, it is very easy for the user to quickly complete an audit simply by touching the appropriate answers on the ipad. One can document a long, in-depth audit and send a report in less than 30 minutes. It is this feature that has us trying to implement iAuditor wherever we can to simply process assessments, especially when they need not meet elaborate formal requirements.

I just built my first template, and while the software is powerful and flexible, I personally found the layout and functions somewhat confusing at first.
