The user experience is superb, it is really fun and easy to use, plus it works very well in any platform.

Considering on your website you seem you seem to have a considerable number of staff I am confused why your support is so bad.

If staff have an account they cannot be listed as a parent as well which causes a problem if your child attends the setting and you need to notify them of an accident etc.

It is wonderful to share the day to day of each child at preschool. What they eat, accidents, toilet, nap, etc (including pictures and videos!).

They get updated through observations and care diary. And I can also track my key children by going through the observations made by myself and colleagues.
