KeyLogic is facility management software that helps businesses manage utilizations of space, inventory, cleaning, safety and health, cleaning, and other operations. The software includes aspects of CAFM (Computer-Aided Facility Management) and consists of various modules covering contracts, projects, budgeting, repair and maintenance, and lifecycle management. All modules are certified according to GEFMA 444.

KeyLogic records all equipment and data, from inventories and contracts to areas, companies, locking systems, projects, construction plans/CAD systems, people and files, individual rooms and spaces, floors, buildings, estates, and more. The built-in CAFM module has tools for to facilitate management of the primary catalog, area, maintenance, inventory tracking, room and asset reservations, management of removals, locking systems, contracts, and budgets. Administrators can also streamline security, occupational security, and energy control processes.

Area management allows the integration of CAD plans, whereby plan information such as room numbers, room heights, wall, and window areas, are automatically recognized. Imported CAD data can be edited directly in KeyLogic, including features such as bidirectional graphic data and a database function.
