Using the compliance calendar, team members can view current, previous, and upcoming compliance activities and maintain an event check cycle. LexComply allows stakeholders to visualize and monitor continuous compliance on the dashboard, perform quality assessment checks, and reallocate compliance to users in event of role changes or leaves.
It includes a litigation management solution, which enables legal professionals to monitor cases and notices, store case notes, and documents, and collaborate with lawyers on a centralized platform. LexComply also facilitates an audit trail on reported controls and sends recommendation and findings with supporting evidence to risk owners for review.
