What is LineView?
LineView is a manufacturing efficiency software that helps companies improve their bottling and packaging operations. It offers a browser-based interface with role-based logins, allowing users to access it from any connected device. LineView provides real-time feedback, flagging urgent problems like machine stoppages for immediate corrective action.
One of the key features of LineView is its fully automated casual downtime function, now down to machine fault level, which is referred to as True Causal Loss. It also offers SAP and other 3rd Party ERP integrations, creating a hub for all operational data, independent of any OEM. With LineView's drill-down capability, users can analyze productivity loss by line, area, machine, fault, and parameter.
LineView is easy to configure and maintain, with a drag-n-drop interface. It also provides configurable Maintenance KPI (MTBF, MTTR, etc.) to track Mean Time Between Failure/To Repair of each machine on the line, and compare SKUs, teams, shifts, OEMs, and more. The software supports automated data capture direct from a PLC or remote I/O, and supports OPC /Wiehenstephaner / Modbus standards / SQL.
LineView also offers line balance monitoring and V-curve analysis, which is made easy through visual representation. It is a comprehensive solution that enables packaging operations to maximize throughput and achieve World Class OEE.
