Cority is the environmental, health, and safety software my company uses for multiple functions, most notably safety incident reporting and tracking.

When using Cority for the first time, there is a little bit of a learning curve to understand how to navigate the software and properly input data.

As a large Occupational Health team looking after 15,000+ employees and numerous external contract there are a couple of things missing - it isn't easy for our recruiters to search the dashboards, although I understand Cority are working on a solution for future releases.

They have a overly intense emphasis on hitting the deadlines at the cost of implementation quality.

There is also a great community behind it where people can come together to answer questions and propose software changes.

The knowledge level of support personnel as well as consultants ensures that almost always our issue gets resolved sooner.

We are a relatively small business in terms of both the number of employees and the range of skill sets when it comes to running and managing management systems. When we decided to apply for COR certification we knew we would need help in running and managing the system that is required.

I have been working with SiteDocs for the last 6 years and have found this site to be very useful for our type of work.  

I have a range of employees from 20 to 60 year old workers, all found the program easy to use and simple.

Site-docs was easy to use and had a good interface.

Any issues we've encountered were addressed in a timely manner.

SiteDocs is highly configurable, while maintaining an easy learning curve.

I had trouble navigating through the program and even after finding what I was looking for or needed to do, I constantly had to help others to navigate their way through the program, which ended up in people deciding to rather avoid using the program and going back to old-school paperwork.

Even though the product has so many needed features, the user friendliness is lacking. Unless you undergo in-depth training of the program and all its features, you might end up not utilizing the program to its full extend.

The annual rate increase of nearly $1000 was a bit of a shock with little changes that are useful to our company, but we've spent hours setting everything up and don't want to redo it in another program.

Some languages ​​are not available when using it, which makes it difficult to understand some things And the need to translate it outside the program
