Overall, Onspring is a great platform - from my prior experience and in my opinion, it  outranks Archer.   Since our company is only able to use  a subset of what the platform was built for and what Onspring offers, it has been difficult to justify the cost for our purposes.

Customer service is exceptional, most that I have been involved with are slow to respond, but not this company.

Also no way to mass export information in the case of de-conversion.
