Overall, Onspring is a great platform - from my prior experience and in my opinion, it  outranks Archer.   Since our company is only able to use  a subset of what the platform was built for and what Onspring offers, it has been difficult to justify the cost for our purposes.

They have great support so you can confidently build on your own.
