For one, the number one feature that I loved about past was the simple fact that when I do pest control, I am able to actually reopen the service ticket and make adjustments if I forgot something a previous pest control application. Once you close out the ticket you cannot go back in and make adjustments or add any notes or pictures to it but with this one you definitely can as long as it doesn’t get uploaded and removed from your schedule usually I have about 24 hours to Make any tweaks or adjustments or add anything or take away from the service ticket .

Although this seems to be every software we have tried, the ability to keep clocked in once midnight occurs for overnight shifts without having to time out and time back in again.  

Easy to generate any report we want or put in materials, or customize anything especially pesticide reporting which is a huge deal for us.

The only main challenge is when you have questions and call the help center you get people that seem the know nothing about pestpac and always need to open a ticket to get your answer resolved.

Customer support response times are slow, and tutorials/documentation are limited or unclear. While the platform has useful ideas in theory, the execution and reliability have made it difficult to trust as a core operational tool.

Adding pictures bogs down each customer's account load time, so I would not currently recommend uploading a large number of pictures to each customer's account.

Some tools like the bulk price increase tool pull from fields unique to Brio, so if you are new to Brio that is a challenge.

Briostack’s customer support has been excellent—responsive, available when needed, and genuinely helpful. When I call in with questions, the team understands my industry and can answer in a way that’s practical and specific, not generic.

Also, when posting payments the curser goes from the payment method down to the check # then back up to the $ amount.

I've even been able to work while traveling outside the continental United States by accessing Briostack on my iPad or phone. While I haven't yet needed to work from home, I know I could do so easily if required.

No way to track confirmation of appointments or who has been contacted or not.

the space for Company Name goes from under the "Summary" tab to the "Billing" tab at the top.

For the most part, the support isn't about bugs and issues, but about how to perform more involved, deeper-level tasks.

Their support team all appears to be people in the US, not some "farmed out" call center with people you can't communicate with, as with QuickBooks.
