I also thoroughly appreciate the Customer Support. I have used this feature multiple times, and the representatives are always very helpful, friendly and professional.

My records were a jumbled mess, and the tech support was awful. They’d say someone is going to call , then that person would email instead.

I dislike being unable to undo batches of reconciliations to fix errors.

Over multiple software I tried, I concluded that it's the best to use for financial record ( we have been using Quickbooks desktop enterprise and SAP ).

Pulling multiple client financials into one, Great Support and training videos with in the file, The "TestCompany" is a great way to get familiar with the software Everyone has access to that file.

Reports are unattractive. Bank feeds don’t auto update and must be manually updated one by one, which is very slow and inefficient.

For a month, I get  Unlimited CPA/Bookkeeper Seats. It's truly an awesome solution for every stage of my business.

Frustrating when things that worked don't anymore until they get it fixed.

Some menu items are randomly in Russian. Can’t cut and paste without a third party browser add on.

Not ideal and the software should be. Designed to capture all MEMO fields - Bills - Receipts - Bank Deposits - Journal Entries etc.
