Having a camera by the door is great for safety but needing the bio metrics of my face and, odds are, selling that information to lord knows which app/other product -- is generally distressing.

This is a new device that we are evaluating at one of our properties. If all goes well, we will look to add this at other locations in the furure.

There have been some instances where we've had a frozen Swiftlane screen and no one could get in the building until it was fixed.

I can also create Visitor Pins for specific people coming and going which also helps me see when they are here.

The app is easy to navigate and works as expected for the functions it's intended to perform; opening the front door with tap, calls, and within the app.

I also enjoy the pin feature to allow trusted family and friends to allow them access as well.

There were some issues in the beginning that I brought to my landlords attention who relayed it back to our Swiftlane rep who was quick to address and fix.

It is an efficient system for accessing the building for both residents and guests.

From the front door to the package room and even the Yale lock on our apartment door, everything is integrated and interactive.

The ability to unlock a car using the Swiftlane app is very useful, especially in cases when I am not at home and need to enter my vehicle.

When the system is not working as it should it can get a little frustrating especially because I'm used to using my facial scan and I don't remember the password

I’d prefer the option to open it without answering the call, since sometimes I’m at work.

There are still some small glitches and the updated software for the app or the iPhone tools on the website need to be updates as well.
