It seemed as though there were a few price increases within a short amount of time.

It is a hassle to build them out, and when filling them in there is a lot of scrolling involved with finding the boxes.

We love the fact that we can send potential tenants to fill out an application and pay for a background check and how we are able to approve or deny them and connect them with a property and set them up.

We are all about efficiency and Innago is a big part of how we are able to be efficient in our Tenant management. Plus the fact that tenants can submit maintenance requests and we have the system to keep updates and provide photos throughout the process is amazing!

The software could use some more reports to integrate with excel or  some sort of spread sheets.   

The only thing i don't like about Innago is the ability to have multiple emails for my tenant when sending an invoice or notice.

We are able to do clean expense tracking and the security is top notch.

Leases and Contracts can be clunky, and sometimes it can be confusing to navigate where to find a few things.

I also like that it offers a solid set of core features for smaller landlords and property managers at a good value.

I found the process of increasing the rents after one year to be a little complicated but that likely could have been more operator error than a true fault with the software!

The chat section doesn't work when tenants are trying to reach out and that cases them frustration.

Lease signing from a phone is not possible or it prompts to do so from a computer.

The amount of time saved by giving homeowners the option to pay online has been incredible.  

Our HOAs have also saved on the cost of mailing billing statements and reminders.
