I use Quick Books to manage the financial side of our business, and it would be really great if somehow it had the capabilities to do what Quick Books does all in one location (keep track of our business bills, and etc. for tax purposes).

Their monthly pricing is a bit/lot higher than it should be, and the fact that you cannot select or manage your credit card provider means that you don't even have the option to shop around for the best deal in processing rates.

It would add to the pro level of the site if we could have "myname@tcgstorage.com" or "manager@tcgstorage.com" etc. with forwarding also.

It seemed as though there were a few price increases within a short amount of time.

Sometimes if I am in the middle of a task and then get a call and have to get out of my screen, at times I can forget what I was doing and may not complete a task.

Ease of use with online and phone. If you have internet it works well.

The only thing that I have discovered that I would like to use (and maybe it is available, i just haven't found it) is the ability to send a text message to all tenants.

Intergrating our established business to ESS was a seamless and smooth transition. When I need help, I appreciate being able to pick up the phone and speak with a person immediately.

A few times it is a bit of a wait to speak to a customer service rep, but when we do reach the reps, they are experts.

Customer service needs to be improved. When we use to call for support we could get someone on the phone within a couple minutes.

The program manages everything from site layout to billing to keeping up with payments, non payments ,and monthly statements.

Some reporting is missing columns I would like, adding custom reporting would be a plus

Keeping track of rate trends and increasing/decreasing those rates based on the market is much more fluid in ESS than our former method of using up to three different services, none of which were warehouse specific solutions.

What I like most about it is the ease of use, the incredible flexibility and functionality, and the fact that it's all cloud-based instead of local on your PC.  

Implementing was very easy. If I have questions, there is a great support forum and you can always reach a person for help either by phone or email.

I should have options or they should be more competitive on their prices if they are forcing you to use them.
