Despite its strengths, ShipStation can feel complicated when you’re first learning the system, especially if you manage multiple stores or carriers.

What i didnt like the most is not being able to update the SKU after they are saved and updating the UPC codes.

The missing value for B2B customers is missing support for Blind Shipping, in our case, we only update the company name in the ship at this time which we are unable to do in ShipSttion, the recommended workaround was to re-enter 2500+ resellers in each location as a unique Ship From Location.

Also, they randomly took API functionality from my account.

Shipstation has by far the best UX/UI of any of the shipping softwares we've used (Shippo, Easypost, Pirate Ship).

They used to be very reasonable and provide a nice amount of features on their lower-tier packages.

I could see gradual increases over time but this is $110 extra a month while we are being hit with ridiculous tariffs and price increases.
