This is a wonderful app for your shipping needs. It ease and simplicity of use is great! Plus, customer service is great, they are available by chat, phone, or email 24/7 and are quick in reaching out with any questions or issues. We use the app with BrightPearl and have had very few problems with the integration.

My ecommerce business grew to 8-10 orders per day (for a 2 man operation) and we quickly were having a hard time keeping up with the demands of business. Once we implemented ShipStation into our WooCommerce site (which was very easy to do) we were able to shave hours off our day. Our orders automatically import and it's a quick click of a button in one location to print packing slips and shipping labels. It keeps track of tracking information and even has a page to get a quick preview of all shipment statuses. Absolutely love it.

I use ShipStation to fulfill online orders for Not Ketchup, my line of all natural, paleo-friendly condiments. Before ShipStation I was entering every address manually at usps.com and I absolutely dreaded dealing with orders every day. Cons: My website is built on WooCommerce and somehow, whenever I do a Wordpress upgrade the link between my web store and ShipStation breaks. I always reach out to customer support and it's a quick fix, but it would be nice if it didn't happen in the first place.

I was about to write code for some custom shipping integration for my cart when someone suggested shipstation to me. It's the kind of software you wish that all software was like. It's got an excellent user interface, and it does all the things you need it to do. It takes the place of manually managing orders in your cart software and does it 10 times better than the cart ever could.
Pros: Excellent user interface Excellent integration with Opencart Multiple postage vendors, handles both UPS and USPS in one place. Works well with Firefox Pricing is reasonable and tiered based on volume
Cons: I did have to write a small custom script to take the postage label printout and send it to my label printer under Linux. I believe it does work printing directly in Windows and Mac though. Managing the email templates is a little bit complicated, even for a programmer like me. At first it was telling people getting first class envelopes that they could track their package. Support was helpful and helped us change the templates to fix that, but the email template system is a little complex to figure out on your own.

We have tried other systems and have found ShipsStation to be superior with regard to not only price but ease of use and ability to perform. Topdrawerenterprises and JackValesPooter.com have become used to the ease of use and simple integration that we experience with ShipsStation if there is something we have a concern or question about, their support depth is always able to quickly help. We also enjoy ShipStations support forum and have experienced a fantastic twitter community as well. We are a small company with three internet marketing businesses. We use an ecommerce platform for our stores and also run two ebay stores, Amazon and our own website and ShipStation simply integrates all of them seemlessly with our sites. We have looked for a program which would make downloading our store orders and setting them up with shipping lables and automatic feedback and shipping notification as simple as possible and would not cost a lot of money, time or resources. Problem solved with shipstation.

Cons: certain shipping tables and combinations of carriers and weights leave a bit to be desired. We ship internationally S well as domestic and would like to see simplified shipping setc similar to that which ebay uses

I have been using shipstation for over a year now, and I can't believe the amount of work we did before signing up for shipstation. We use multiple channels and shipstation has been so easy, straight forward and simple to use, it cut the processing time by at least half. We Love ShipStation!! I cannot begin to tell you how much time ShipStation has saved us. It is very user friendly. Online tech support chat is fantastic! Before ShipStation it took us about 8 hours to get our orders through to printing labels. It now takes us about 15 minutes.
