SkedPal creates my schedule but I can manually defer, change, or reprioritize things if I need to while still having the benefit of the software organizing it all for me when I need it to.

There's quite a steep learning curve to getting up and running with SkedPal and though I'm functioning well with it, there are even more advanced things I'm sure I could be leveraging that I just don't know how to do - or how to get help to find out.

There is also room for improvement in terms of user interface enhancements. Despite these minor drawbacks, SkedPal has made me more productive by taking on the task of planning my days, which has been a significant benefit.

SkedPal 2 also allows for customization, enabling you to tailor your experience to your specific needs.

As long as I keep SkedPal up to date (and I'm honest with myself when inputting how long a task will take), I can be reasonably sure everything is OK

There is an opportunity to make it clearer when tasks cannot physically fit into a timeframe, and it would be good to see this flash up to the user so the user can make choices.  

The time is well worth the effort and it saves a lot of time in the long run, but for those who are looking for a quick-fix sort of tool this isn't it.

Same with deferring a task - if it's scheduled but I can't bring myself to focus on it that day, I can click one button and not feel bad about doing it another day.

The User Interface could be improved though.

I also wish the mobile app was a bit more functional - I find it harder to schedule tasks through that than I do on desktop.

So for each of those I have a template folder of tasks that I can duplicate every time I need them.

I experience glitches pretty often when using the shift click to remove several shifts at once, it makes the screen bounce around and is somewhat hard to follow.

I like the access that shiftwizard is supposed to provide when at home and on call, this service doesn't work well, I can't get access into my schedule most of the time

Sometimes these glitches last days and my capabilities to sign up for shifts or add comments to my schedule are blocked.
