What I like best about Swiftlane is that I don’t need keys to open the doors to the building and have several options to open the doors and don’t have to be at home waiting on deliveries.

From the front door to the package room and even the Yale lock on our apartment door, everything is integrated and interactive.

The ability to unlock a car using the Swiftlane app is very useful, especially in cases when I am not at home and need to enter my vehicle.

When the system is not working as it should it can get a little frustrating especially because I'm used to using my facial scan and I don't remember the password

There are still some small glitches and the updated software for the app or the iPhone tools on the website need to be updates as well.

I appreciate how many options I have for getting in - tapping open on my phone, face scan, code direct.  

I also enjoy the pin feature to allow trusted family and friends to allow them access as well.

I love that my clients and I feel safe, knowing that the front door remains locked without anyone having to be inconvenienced by standing out in the cold or heat for extended periods of time.

There were some issues in the beginning that I brought to my landlords attention who relayed it back to our Swiftlane rep who was quick to address and fix.

It's easy to let clients in with my cell phone and ensure that it's who I'm expecting with the video option!.

I have a mixed experience with Swiftlane. When it works it is nice, however, the several times it doesn’t work really leaves a bad impression.

Needs a reboot occasionally, but that is the same for all software.

What I don’t like is when the system is down, but the repairs are made quickly.
