The CAP is a proposal management software designed to help businesses in Legal, government contracting, IT, finance, and other industries manage the entire proposal process from creation to editing, shredding, and sharing via a unified portal. The platform includes a built-in proposal builder, which enables users to add multiple workgroups, define proposal outlines, and add, edit, or remove custom sections and sub-sections.
The CAP automatically analyzes requests for proposals (RFPs) for words like shall, must, and will and other custom keywords or phrases and supports different file types for parsing. Users can create personalized proposals using predefined templates and apply best practices. Teams can also compare drafts and documents using color codes, track changes, and identify opportunities to verify available resources and contract fulfillment capability.
The CAP allows managers to gain insights into quality of proposals, missing concepts, used terminologies and more via customizable gap analysis reports. It also offers other features such as personalized cross-reference compliance matrixes, requirement filters, annotations, data validation, and more.
