Functionality is delivered through a proprietary sensor technology known as the Acoustic and Vibration Analyzer. The sensor captures streams of vibration, acoustics, temperature, humidity, and electrical current data. Data processing occurs locally on the device without reliance on cloud connectivity and applies artificial intelligence algorithms to correlate measurements with machine states and generate critical performance indicators in real time. The platform supports machine performance comparison to identify high performing assets and highlight those requiring intervention. Anomaly detection surfaces deviations as they occur to enable immediate response. Synchronization tools coordinate multiple machines to optimize overall workflow. Energy monitoring tracks consumption patterns and identifies inefficiencies. Additional features include a Peak Optimizer for transparent presentation of performance data to recognize above average contributions and establish performance oriented workplace cultures, carbon dioxide balance reporting, downtime reason tracking, historical trend analysis, product counting, automated reporting, hall plan visualization, plant planning, shift planning, and machine park comparison.
Deployment occurs via a web-based interface that provides centralized visibility into monitoring data, reports, and analytical tools. Sensor installation is noninvasive and does not require modifications to legacy equipment or integration with existing control systems. On-device processing eliminates dependency on external cloud services for core functionality. The platform architecture supports deployment across heterogeneous machine environments by accommodating common industrial communication protocols and data exchange standards.
