Based on past reports and real-time data acquired from machines, the planning tool is self-learning. It enables both long-term and short-term production scheduling. Graphical plan visualization using drag-and-drop on Gantt charts results in an ergonomic and user-friendly scheduling method. The algorithm assures timely delivery, resource use, machine and tool capacity, and priority.
Based on past learning, APS measures the real cycle duration of the operation, allowing production to be controlled. The output is predictable.
APS input is data containing a production order with a deadline (shipment date).
In the system, master data may also be modeled. The system computes performance using machine data and production reports.
The plan is automatically planned based on ERP or manually configured deadline fields, order priority, and statuses.
The technology enables for the creation of various scenarios, which can then be compared before approval.
