Pros

I like the ease of viewing all the issues on one dashboard that eased delegating tasks to lower management and proved to be a wonderful tool for project management.
I love the workflow templates if offers out of the box. Jira also supports Kanban boards and has an awesome mobile app which can keep you up to date anywhere.
It’s simple and it’s great if you want to monitor something. The best thing about JIRA is that it allows people to use their tools and templates which most of the software companies don’t allow.

Pros

A very good agile kanban board and I like it using. It is very simple and easy to use for most of the parts, but need some UI improvement and feels kind of heavy on my pc and mobile.
Great, and I always feel that they are looking forward to get my feedback and improve the product, and the product is great and friendly.
It's really easy to get up and running with Hygger because it offers a really great and uncommon interface (in a good way). The interface is really great and looked very natural in the eyes.

Cons

For a non developer user there is too many things and options you get lost in the middle of it. So much complexity in terms of customization that me, personally end up being a little bit lost.
The worst thing (which may be a shortcoming of our admin team rather than the software itself) is the inability to customize the name of each workflow step.
There are also strange bugs or missing features that we have come across that are widely requested by a large number of users that seem to be stuck in the pipeline for years.

Cons

Bulk actions on tasks are not enabled yet and the prioritization tools could provide more information about how to use them because in a point it can become too confusing.
I don't really have a lot of trouble with it. You just need time to learn about it and it will goes well right after you've understand how to do things.
Poor sub-tasks management. In my opinion sub-task should be just a part of main task and should exist only inside.

Hygger

Love the interface an simplicity - need a few features more

Pros

Simple and fast version of Jira. Seems to be the lightweight version of a scrum tool that we need. Just a little more needed

Cons

Needs import from Atlassians Jira. And says there is integration to github but it is not ready yet.

Have all features we need but not overhelmed with functionality

Track of what happening with live of tasks from idea to production

Pros

This product is replacing more than two different products - before we used jira and trelo daily, now is only HYGGER

Cons

Some features of product is not easy to find, after contacting help center or it appears that it easy and intuitive, but not for finding it yourself

I resigned from using Jira (it was overcomplicated). Atlaz seems to be almost perfect.

Faster project management

Pros

I like the simplicity of this product. Jira is overcomplicated for small projects. I like also that you're open to features requests.

Cons

Task rating scoring would be better if it's based on 'RICE' estimation framework. Moving tasks to 'done' should be synchronized between backlog and Kanban boards.
