With a little time and effort I've figured out how to use much of it on my own and anything I didn't understand I was able to get help with from the wonderful Monograph support staff through articles or actually email and chat.

I keep a browser window open to Monograph and hit the timer whenever I switch between projects.

The time sheets themselves work great, but I wish the time tracking function would get updated - it's not nearly as robust or easy to edit after the fact as other similar programs.

Invoicing is constantly glitching and the partnership with Stripe is Hell and has personally cost us close to $10,000 in lost revenue.

It is also instrumental in our Monday morning all hands meetings, making it easy to go through all the projects and track progress.

It makes it very simple to gather reports on project finances and send out invoices to clients.

puts everything in one place as opposed to having multiple different products to do one feature each.

We really like Monograph and have full confidence that the monograph team will continue to build this software and refine to become and indispensable tool for us.

I'm sure we're not taking full advantage of the capabilities yet, but look forward to being able to fully utilize the benefits when all of our current projects are transitioned into the software.

Even though we do not send invoices thru monograph, we have used it to track our time when invoicing and really liked that you can track any time that hasn't being invoiced in the past.

Some budget items are less user-friendly, and we are still working on understanding and addressing these with monograph staff.

We do not use the invoicing feature to directly invoice our clients because we wish that we could add some notes under each phase, or at least under hourly phases.

You can't customize the look of your invoice almost at all.

Also, the connection to Quickbooks is lost ever day, which I almost always don't notice until I am at the end of an invoice and have to back out, force the connection and then go back into the invoice to send to QBO.

This platform keeps everything our office needs for time tracking and project management in one place.

Also, I do not like that you cannot combine hours under same titles, for example two principals have worked on the same project/phase - it shows as separate in the invoice.

Entering information can be a bit tedious at first.

We have had a few issues when setting up the system but the customer service was really good.

I think it is pretty user friendly and easy to understand where project status and finances stand.

Task management is harder to implement in Monograph.

As said above, we haven't taken full advantage of it...and this has been expensive for us. But we can't really afford to change to another platform at this point.

Porting over all the projects into the system.

The project management and time management are very intuitive and easy to implement.

Overall quite good; have only had a few minor technical issues but nothing like Quickbooks level problems.

UI is well put together and easy to navigate

I do not like that sometimes I will see "unknown activity" as a description for what I was doing, when all applications I use have titles of either documents, emails, files, etc.  

Maybe I would add an option to monitor iPhone usage as well, because I sometimes talk a lot on phone while away from keyboard or manage my social media.

Reviewing and analyzing what I was doing and what was my productivity hour by hour and overall is a great tool.

Has a way to generate reports of any format.

It's really nice to see that because of this software my productivity soared from 40-50% to 80-90%.
