From my perspective, there's room for improvement in the following areas:

Dev Director

There were times where we couldn't use the software for the entire day because of some "caching issues" that they were experiencing.

The interface is VERY difficult to use, the system crashes a lot and considering the bugs - in some cases it's absolutely unusable.

End of day updates are auto captured based on team members details updated.

The interface is WAY too complicated and dated (compared to other offerings out there).

Recently they've added an emoji feature to the comment section that I asked for last month which is really great help in communicating with overseas colleagues.

can't select whom to notify in the comment section, tasks can only be viewed in lists instead of kanban)

The product is well designed but there are scope to improvise.

Our management needed cost effective and flexible project management solution that will help us track all projects and track resource utilization of our teams spread across different locations.

We liked the tool a lot and are looking forward to use it in full once we start growing our team.

good app with rich feature and menu for collab, but must have any small price with optional selected menu for 1 or 3 colab so mini startup can use it especially in minim budget hehehehe.

We loe how the open source character of the software allows us to host it on our server and do as we need.

The only thing that really bothers me is the very limited WYSIWYG formatting options when adding comments to a task, in particular the lack of a preformatted/code option and/or text colour.

They don't even do regression testing and put the ownership on the client to do that.  To add insult to injury, also though their product has fallen very short of expectations and was not Production-ready for months, they refuse to begin the support period from that point in time.

The frame work/structure of responsive web elements lack and the only option to use mobile app which is available is to pay for executive add-on product.

Orangescrum team has been truly responsive to our needs and customize the solution for our needs.

The email settings of the dayling upted is not working

It is challenging to install if you dont have the right server settings.

Probably a do it yourself report generation module would be ideal but that has been compensated by the fact that one can extract the data via API and use their statistical tools for advanced reporting.

The limitations that they did not mention when we asked early on, such as multiple holiday calendars, multiple working schedules.

Cloud version is costly, rest is up to the mark

They just repeat back to you the way you are currently supposed to use it instead of considering the fact that you should not have to click one place on the TASKS area to access all the tasks. And that the over all experience is just confusing as some other people have mentioned.

I'm using Slackware 15 (bleeding edge features) and had to downgrade some packages to get OS installed.  

I find myself having to adjust my mobile device to view the structured fields.

Lack of subtasks in the Community Edition, but this is a pretty minor inconvenience for the free tier of a product.

When I set out to find a task tracker I found plenty of Cloud based services that seemed to do what I wanted but I really needed to have more control.

The only thing I'm still searching is: "Where can i change the exchange Server settings?". But that's not very important for me.

Being able to divide out my company by department would have been very helpful.

A small gripe would be that the  addons seem a little overly expensive hence I have learned to live without them.

I can't find a way to have "Departments" for my company.

Some features should be more configurable.

OrangeScrum is my favourite project management software.
