Pros

It is easy to use and has great mobility connectivity. The support team is also always there to help you with anything you need, anytime.
Great todo software that balances simplicity with great flexibility.
Not worth the money, free options do much more and do it better.

Pros

OmniFocus is an utterly fantastic solution for people who want the level of detail it offers. For other personality types, though, other options might be better.
OmniFocus has changed my task management strategy and I cannot use any other system now because of how scalable and powerful this system is. Amazing product and customer service/support.
As a graphic designer working with multiple clients at any given moment, OmniFocus helps me stay organized and focused on the most important things.

Cons

It is hard to find the different functions on each list unless you become more familiar with it.
NOTE: I am a beta tester for Remember the Milk via their Pro program. That means I pay for their service and in return I get to opt-in to the beta version.
The mobile app is very slow and lags most of the times and it doesn't feel like a real native application. The UI is really bad and seems very old kind of design.

Cons

Another gripe I have with the Omni Group is that they are not very open to third-party integrations. OmniFocus exposes an AppleScript API, but the functionality is limited.
If you have an Android phone you can have a hard time accessing your info. There is no official Android app (and probably will never be).
My main complaint is that it isn't on all platforms (Apple and non-apple).
