The company and its engineers lack understanding or empathy for administrators who need to audit and review employees and users.

Still trying to work out my contractor's log on, but that could be poor connectivity and operator error - I hope to get it worked out soon.

Changing email addresses for individuals is difficult.

It is easy to use and run reports and integrates well with other softwares.

Good overall experience. They are good at notifying you when you need to submit your mileage, and notifying you when you will be paid out.

Many employees have struggled with reduced battery life when auto tracking miles, but also there has been a lot of employees uncomfortable with tracking apps in general.

The admin portal gives the greater amount of info and is more complex, but that is necessary. This was one of my favorite roll outs I’ve ever done because the process was so easy and painless.
