What is Timeero?
Timeero is an employee time and location tracking tool for both mobile and desktop. With the cloud-based Timeero platform, employees can clock in and out of shifts and log hours worked automatically, whilst employers can track billable hours and locations of their workforce and generate timesheets. Features such as GPS tracking, time clock, payroll reporting, employee profiles, timesheet generation, and more, allow businesses to monitor employees, including remote workers, and ensure time cards are accurate and honest.
With the Timeero mobile apps for Android and iOS devices, employees can clock in and out of jobs and track time worked whether on-site or in the field. Employees can download the app to their mobile devices and log their own time and attendance, and Timeero also functions in offline mode so that time can be tracked even when internet connection is not available. Managers can view hours worked by each employee at any time and track budget for projects in real-time. Timeero facilitates the automation of payroll, and integration with QuickBooks means that timesheet data and payroll reports can be exported and synchronized across platforms.
The GPS feature within Timeero allows employers to track the location of their employees at any time, as long as they are using a mobile device, without the need for hardware. GPS can be used to identify the best employee for an upcoming job based on their current location, and the tool provides insight into the current status each individual employee whilst they are working remotely or off-site for a job.
