You need a person to forward your client's emails, or create the clients for the orders, and then manage the Calendar to updated inspection dates and due dates. If you are a small office with 1 or two appraisers and a few trainees the costs of this software are as much or more than Win total when you include all the additional “services” you need to pay for.
