Multi-office companies can be managed, with access controls for regional and individual managers, and multi-office management reports. Commissions are calculated and transaction-related postings are made to the general ledger automatically, and users can bill agents, print commission checks, and generate letters from a variety of templates.

The Front Desk Manager (FDM) gives users the tools to manage showing appointments and feedback. Appointments can be booked from a single screen, with unconfirmed appointments displayed in an automatically-updated queue. Feedback request forms can be emailed automatically to showing agents upon appointment confirmation, and listing agents are automatically emailed feedback from responses.
