It allows staff members to create listings and utilize the built-in property dashboard to adjust asking prices, track offers, manage marketing campaigns, and more.
Crexi enables team members to store lead contact information, evaluate buyers, rank prospects, create team notes, and manage other client operations on a unified platform. It enables employees to manage due diligence by uploading and monitoring access across relevant private and locked files, folders, and ZIP archives. With the closing portal, users can add multiple stakeholders, create closing checklists, set up closing dates, and upload required documents.
Crexi allows real estate agencies to integrate the platform with Google Maps to display accurate locations and street views to buyers. The performance management functionality allows supervisors to track the number of emails sent, open rates, and click rates.
