What is Eneris?
Eneris is a cloud-based home inspection platform designed to help businesses book, conduct and report on property visits. The application allows administrators to create interactive presentations on on-site conditions and inform home buyers about major issues through web or PDF summary reports.
Features include smart suggestions, data import, report generation, repair estimation, ISN integration, and more. Inspectors can utilize predefined templates or customized item lists to conduct inspections, track progress across required tasks, and add photos or videos in reports using a mobile application on Android or iOS devices. It also allows businesses to attach invoices, share service agreements, and collect client signatures on a centralized interface.
Eneris allows inspection businesses to conduct multi-inspector audits, collaborate on reports and merge text, videos, and audios submitted by several individuals in a report. It also allows multiple users to work on individual reports offline and automatically sync data from all reports in an online mode.
