Capture

Inspectors work from a structured form on iPhone, iPad, Android, or any modern browser. Each component accepts text, photos, video, and voice notes. Photo markup adds arrows, shapes, text, and color directly on the image. Fuzzy search jumps to any field instantly, and favorite options let inspectors reuse common findings with one tap.

Offline and sync

Synced forms stay usable offline for up to 30 days, so crawlspaces, basements, and rural properties are no obstacle. Work auto-saves every 30 seconds to 2 minutes and syncs in the background once a connection returns.

Reporting

Publish an interactive web report, a professional PDF, a condensed summary PDF, or any combination. Web reports are responsive, searchable, support light and dark mode, and let recipients enlarge images. Findings are grouped by recommended action alongside a summary table. Every publish creates a dated, point-in-time version for a clear audit trail.

Templates and standards

Nine association and jurisdiction templates ship ready to use, including ASHI, InterNACHI, CAHPI, HIABC, ASTTBC, AHIT, commercial, and by-room layouts, plus a blank canvas.
