A few of the features take a little bit of time to get used to and on the financial reporting as a property manager my clients cannot see all of the financials unless I send it to them or download the report for them so a " all transactions view" would be nice.

It puts a direct line of communication between tenants and landlords that make payments and service requests a breeze.

Requests are responded to in a timely fashion, and when you a renter that is extremely important to avoid frustration.

I cannot reschedule or cancel then schedule showings, I cannot see all my property inquiries together for all my properties.

I found the lack of weekend support is frustrating, as issues can arise outside regular business hours.

The software itself was user-friendly, allowing me to easily create team members and manage their access levels effectively.

If I had to put something here, it would be how many steps I have to take to retry a failed payment.

I have not interacted with their customer support much, but it was very difficult to find and not very helpful.

Setting up customizations can be time consuming, and some tasks feel overly manual or require additional modules.

It has some weird workflows in older versions but you get used to it.

The design and function of the system is a little out dated.

I don't find it very intuitive, but this may be due to the complexity of information it can provide.

Yardi Voyager can sometime be non-user friendly just with how much you can do on the platform.

It can be very complex to use, requiring very detailed manuals.

The setup can come with some growing pains. But what software company does not.

Overall experience is good, I do like their upgrades, and there IT communicates very clearly when needing help.

I have used other property management platforms and this is one of my least favorites.
