What is Home Inspector Pro?
Home Inspector Pro is a web, Mac, Windows and mobile based home inspection report software with native companion mobile apps - for iPhone, iPad and Android - from which home inspectors can upload inspection reports, videos, and annotated photos, for clients to view, download and print.
Inspectors can make use of the report templates supplied by Home Inspector Pro, or create their own for specific types of inspection (residential, commercial, radon, mold, pools, and more). The customizable templates - which are currently used across 20 countries and are available in 9 different languages - enable inspectors to efficiently perform building inspections before generating, previewing and uploading branded inspection reports. Uploaded reports can then be viewed and downloaded by clients, home buyers/sellers, and real estate agents, with a notification sent to the inspector when this happens.
Inspectors can create and modify a pop-up glossary to display within their reports, making them easier for clients to read. Separate Home Energy Score reports can also be generated in Home Inspector Pro. In addition to report generation tools, Home Inspector Pro also offer website hosting for home inspectors.
The software runs on Windows XP through Windows 10, Mac, iPhone, iPad and Android, with support provided via phone, email, help desk, and live chat.
