Blank spaces on report between sections looks unprofessional. Glichy host possibly causes application to freeze on occasion.

Reports were much too long and it scared off agents. Also instead of integrated a form required by Texas, it tacked it to the end, making the report even longer.

The software keeps me on par or quicker than the competition. The feedback I have received from clients and agents has been 100% positive.

I love all the comments that are pre-programed. I love that you can take pictures and edit while you are in the room and it will automatically go to that section.

The support is fantastic. The best part is that they offer software and website packages that are very affordable.

My overall experience with EZ Home Inspection Software has been excellent. The software is very user friendly and their customer service is excellent as well.

The pre-populated drop down lists are full of typos and irritate me. For example, there many entries for "CO2 detector" which is clearly the improper term.

Great easy to use and,easy to read and understand program. Clients love the program with easy to read details and great pictures.

I like the cost of the product the most. I think it is good value for the money and is customizable.

This is by far the best It's pretty easy to use and it's versatile. It's your basic web page software with built in modules that you can customize and edit content.

When the report is generated the layout looks very unprofessional with random hard returns after comments throughout the entire report.

I like how it is easily customizable for our industry. I thought the price was reasonable and fair.

If I were to have a problem, the owners would fix it immediately.
