I've used Horizon for a few sample reports but choose to use my own propriety home inspection software for generating reports for clients.  In this day and age, home buyers want a detailed report. The report that Horizon generates is what I would call a bare-bones report.

Quick and fast report generation. Required items checklist is also very helpful. Being able to import boilerplate text entries created by third-party companies would be very easy, and make set up for new users quick.

Blank spaces on report between sections looks unprofessional. Glichy host possibly causes application to freeze on occasion.

Reports were much too long and it scared off agents. Also instead of integrated a form required by Texas, it tacked it to the end, making the report even longer.

The software keeps me on par or quicker than the competition. The feedback I have received from clients and agents has been 100% positive.
