Blank spaces on report between sections looks unprofessional. Glichy host possibly causes application to freeze on occasion.

Reports were much too long and it scared off agents. Also instead of integrated a form required by Texas, it tacked it to the end, making the report even longer.

The software keeps me on par or quicker than the competition. The feedback I have received from clients and agents has been 100% positive.

I was skeptical at first but now would not know how I would function with out ISN. The system is great, the support team is super responsive and the cost is trivial to the value it brings.

This software has made it possible to inspect three locations a day instead of two before we adopted the system. The support team for ISN is also terrific.

The best thing this software has going for it is how long it's been around. This means a vast library of integrations with other products in the industry.

Ease of use and support staff. The scheduling is the most important part of using ISN.

Ease of scheduling, and the interface is pretty functional.

Betty difficult to set up. In fact I had to have them set it up initially and then I had a hard time making changes.

The software is incredibly complicated and disorganized. Titles of many sections don't make sense for what is contained in that section.

The calendar on  the mobile app will re-set everytime you touch the screen to navigate. It is very hard to use the calendar function on the mobile app.

Perhaps needs to be a bit more Canadian-friendly for track mileage, but overall I can't say there is anything bad.

This software saves me unbelievable time and money.
