I also cannot stand when you go to look at a renewal or anything now on a resident's main tab and it makes you have to "close" out to get back to the beginning.

Its so hard with some reports and rec's Its takes long time when there is a difference in rec's because of can't download with highlighted once.

They needed an assigned reporting person to help you through those first few months of creating custom reports.   But I think they've corrected that now.

Entrata is very helpful to manage a rental community and keep track of individual files on a digital platform.

The dashboard is fairly intuitive, making it relatively easy to navigate between resident accounts, maintenance requests, and financial reporting.

I have had a few technical issues that the ticket team could not be resolved beside just having our only admin person make a transaction or change, which did not resolve the initial issue of someone with the proper responsibilities being able to complete a task.

Not able to type in a issue and get annanswer like how to add an roommate and get a simple answer that is all.

Things changed from what we were told. And making changes to forms now is difficult as things we did not know, needs adjustments.
