I like the automatic feature of asking for feedback but some of the questions could be updated such as "rate your overall experience". If someone had a bad experience It would be useful to know why, if it was an external factor such as a neighbor, or if another agent with client's made it less than ideal, or if it was the home itself that smelled like dog.

ShowingTime is easy to use both on the computer and on the app on my phone, and has a multitude of functionalities that actually work!

It is really confusing to add restrictions to a showing.

It is easier to call a customer service person and have them do it.

I can enter showing requests manually on our website, but we should have a link dedicated to each listing, then post that link in our MLS or text/email it to other agents to schedule a showing.

Occasionally, there is no option available to specify what time you want an appointment for so it's blocked out.

Also, I am confused by having to rate the listing, am I rating it against other listing's i've seen, and if so, why?

You get a confirmation or decline to your phone, or email at the same time.

There is a way for agents to schedule showings online, but they are required to set up a (free) account, but agents don't want to go through the process.

I've been to a few appointments with other agents showing up at the same time, and we all have the same issue.

The few times that our clients have experienced an issue, it's been easy to figure out what the problem is and how to fix it.

Saves a lot of time that would normally be spent calling and emailing agents. If you speak directly to an agent about the showing, you can enter the feedback manually.

This causes confusion, missed appointments, multiple phone calls, and it's a pain! If you call tech support, they can reschedule, but that is just more of my time wasted.

In the past it would take about 15-20 minutes to schudule showings on homes after calling on Realtors...now it only takes about 5 minutes.

There are many more features than I use, but the call center and its representatives are professional and follow written directions very well.

Showtime has become a staple in my business and my marketplace, along with many other surrounding market places.

It has mad the entire touring process so much less stressful for all parties involved.

My client doesn't need to know when there is a showing but thats now what is happening.

They tout a One Time Fee for the Life of the Property and that is not being honored!

This system further erodes the professionalism of this industry.  

I don't like when I have to call listing agent.  

They didn't know answer to my edit feedback question.
