Independent research methodology
Our researchers use a mix of verified reviews, independent research, and objective methodologies to bring you selection and ranking information you can trust. While we may earn a referral fee when you visit a provider through our links or speak to an advisor, this has no influence on our research or methodology.
Verified user reviews
GetApp maintains a proprietary database of millions of in-depth, verified user reviews across thousands of products in hundreds of software categories. Our data scientists apply advanced modeling techniques to identify key insights about products based on those reviews. We may also share aggregated ratings and select excerpts from those reviews throughout our site.
Our human moderators verify that reviewers are real people and that reviews are authentic. They use leading tech to analyze text quality and to detect plagiarism and generative AI.
How GetApp ensures transparency
GetApp lists all providers across its website—not just those that pay us—so that users can make informed purchase decisions. GetApp is free for users. Software providers pay us for sponsored profiles to receive web traffic and sales opportunities. Sponsored profiles include a link-out icon that takes users to the provider’s website.

Insurance Data Warehouse overview
What is Insurance Data Warehouse?
Insurance Data Warehouse by DICEUS is an enterprise data warehousing platform engineered for insurance organisations to consolidate, manage, and analyse complex data ecosystems. The solution serves insurers across multiple lines of business, including life, health, property and casualty, group insurance, captive insurance, and reinsurance. The platform provides unified data visibility across systems such as policy administration, claims management, underwriting, customer service, and finance. It implements a multi-layered monolithic architecture within a single Oracle database instance and combines Inmon’s top-down enterprise warehouse methodology with Kimball’s bottom-up dimensional modelling to provide data governance and analytical flexibility.
The platform features a five-layer architecture comprising stage for temporary data ingestion and validation, operational data store for immediate streaming via Apache Kafka, core for integrated historical transformations, management information system for data marts and analytics, and advanced data mining for exploratory analysis and predictive modelling. It supports immediate and scheduled data ingestion from relational and NoSQL databases, flat files, and cloud platforms such as Azure, Google Cloud Platform, and Amazon Web Services. Customisable dashboards enable metric tracking aligned with business objectives. Role-based access controls and audit trails secure sensitive data and maintain compliance. Prebuilt modules streamline regulatory reporting with standardised templates. A custom web application built on Oracle APEX provides operational control with ETL visibility, error diagnostics, and interactive monitoring. Alerts integration with Jira automates ticket creation and real-time notification of system events.
The solution integrates with core business intelligence tools through Oracle BI Enterprise Edition and supports additional visualisation platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP Lumira, Looker Studio, and Apache Superset. Data integration and processing capabilities include Informatica PowerCenter, Oracle Data Integrator, SAP Data Services, Apache NiFi and Airflow, dbt, Talend, Pentaho, SQL Server Integration Services, and custom scripts in SQL, Python, and Java. It is compatible with on-premise databases including Oracle Database, Exadata, Microsoft SQL Server, SAP BW/4HANA, PostgreSQL, Greenplum, IBM Db2, ClickHouse, and Vertica while accommodating cloud and hybrid architectures through Databricks, Snowflake, Google BigQuery, Amazon Redshift, Azure Synapse Analytics, and SAP Data Warehouse Cloud.
The platform employs continuous integration and delivery workflows with Git version control, Bitbucket integration, Jenkins automation, and standardised code conventions. The solution aligns with process maturity models through documented practices, reusable components, continuous improvement, and automated quality gates. Structured layering, traceable dependencies, and end-to-end monitoring support architectural maturity. The monolithic design enables fast ETL processing without external staging, simplified testing, and unified debugging within the Oracle environment. Clean, standardised data feeds downstream systems and reporting applications, ensuring a single source of truth for analytics and business decision making.
