I know we can send them to lead but then when the come back I have to remember and pull from lead file and merge accounts. If I don’t remember they look like a new family.

Etc allow you to take a previously made template and easily swap out images, change the hyperlink on a button, or delete a text box from within the simple editor, vs. in Jackrabbit you have to make a whole new template anytime you want to change a picture or hyperlink, etc.

If we ever exceed 200 students or start doing more productions/shows, we may switch to something with a stronger website integration system because Jackrabbit feels limited on website display options. But truly, it does the trick, the Jackrabbit staff have always been helpful, and I like the control I have of building classes/billing.

There are a lot of steps to get to some information, the system logs you out quickly, and there are some sums or reports that you are unable to generate.

I have a class that is clearly an hour but is always being ringed up at 45 minutes every auto tuition posting and I have to manually edit.

I also don't like the limitations on billing which stop me from being able to fully automate my monthly billing.

I have the most issues with classes not always posting tuition correctly and having to go through and manually do a lot of my tuition.

I wish we didn’t have to pay for inactive students.

However, it is still clunky enough that makes me hesitant to stop using our normal bulk mail system like Mailchimp, constant contact, etc.

So grateful they partnered with Zapier to make our backend easier and the partnership to now make texting an option has been a complete game changer for our business.

There isn't an option to create class roll reports for events.

Scheduling classes is easy, and they are linked to my website so that I don't have to update both when I make changes.
