Gymdesk took me 2 days to fully set up for my new gym.   As I grew and needed to change and adapt certain aspects, I could do it on the computer or from the app in a matter of minutes.   When I had a question about merging clients, they were super responsive and gave easy instructions.

Duplicate workflows with varying "features" instead of a single optimized approach.

Having to do the entire registration process separately for each of their kids is time consuming and has an high time cost.

You will wait a week for a reply that doesn't even solve a problem or answer a question.

The only frustrations we have consistently encountered are from parents desiring to sign up more than one student member at a time.

Essential membership documents are not required to be signed right away and add an extra step for staff that can easily be missed when I feel the software should be able to automate this task.

It does not interact very well with websites and facebook and instagram interlinking.

I've used a lot of different gym CRMs, and no software has ever offered everything I needed; GymDesk is in the top 5.

I have used multiple platforms over the years, and NONE were as simple and straightforward as Gymdesk!
