Having to manually approve "class packs" when a client books a class pack. Because if clients get out of the page, and then go back in before they booked a class, that particular class or classes would not come off the new pass, so we have to then approve the pass and then re-credit them etc. If there was a way to have "pay later" enabled button with also an option to auto approve the pass, that would be super helpful.

From an owner’s perspective, the platform is very user-friendly and simple to manage our schedule without a steep learning curve. Since joining Omnify, our clients have enjoyed and appreciated having everything listed online for them, making their experience with booking sessions with us so much better than before.

Now, everything is transparent and automated, giving us our time back while providing a professional experience for our fitness community.

This not only clutters the services but also causes confusion when reviewing past classes on the calendar.

Lastly, I find it limiting that the current system only allows searches by the head of the family in the Clients section.

Firstly, the inability to re-add a cancelled class to the schedule without creating a redundant class is problematic.

It is very easy to pay and schedule classes for the month.

Setting up recurring classes on different weekdays throughout the year can be challenging and did not fully meet our expectations.

The only thing I would like added is a feature whereby one can send a message to only one person who has registered for a swim session.

Technical guidance service was excellent.

I especially like the calendar and check-in feature and how easy it is to see when classes are scheduled and who has checked in during a given swim session.

All of my members have their own accounts and can sign-up for classes and see the whole schedule as I allow it.  

Omnify is so easy to use, has absolutely amazing customer service, and gives me literally every feature I needed.

Now, you can only send to all confirmed attendees or wait listed through the system and not an individual person.
