It allows easy tracking of class rosters.

There is no way to communicate directly from an individual, as all communication originates from the institution.

You will still need space management software and event software - both features of RecDesk are poor.

It is NOT a singular usage program for a community center, though.

Also wish we could import data from the family accounts to the coaching/instructor accounts because most of our coaches are mom or dads of our players and we have to manually enter the data for a coach's account.

It has been a lifesaver having an online registration system in place when you are a department of 1 full time staff providing programs for over 1500!

No true Scholarship features (and we have to create workarounds)

Program registrations: example-family of 5 registers for event, have the entire number of people come off the max number allowed.

I have been using it for just over 6 months and I do struggle from time to time looking for what I need, and often times I need to tell the customer or member to be patient with me because at times I needed to go through several other steps to get to what I wanted.

My overall experience is it provides great quality of conduct with each person accounting for as well as detailed information about that person.

I make all of my schedules on a schedule maker and then have to hand-upload them all and it takes forever.

We have even been able to add an adult pickleball league because Rec Desk makes it so easy to register and communicate with participants and coaches!

It does not allow for us to check member in and out when using our facilities.

Sometimes the system and my email do not like to work together and can make for sending the emails complicated.

Only way to do this now is make a mandatory question, run a report, then adjust the max allowed.

Instead of fixing the 1099K to reflect payment of the revenue to our firm they put my staff in an endless chat loop that led to no solutions in a after a string of 4 or 5 chats with multiple individuals at RepeatMD.
