We have multiple different "activities" being purchased at one time and when putting that information into Quickbooks I need to know how much money each activity brought in.

From an administrative perspective, I do not like how when searching for past programs by selecting a date and reviewing the information, when you are finished, it takes you back to the current day.

The irony is the name is My Rec and yet the software doesn't offer a way to "cater" the settings to be just for my building.

Myrec.com is extremely easy to set up registrations and the ability to export rosters for staff/coaches is a great feature.

Too many times I found myself searching for multiple programs that occurred in the past, and having to manually put in the date one-by-one each time became quite the inconvenience.

I remember watching Ray play his guitar for us at the MRPA conference and now myRec is a nationwide leader in rec software.

I wish it was easier to change a facility reservation without cancelling the reservation and starting all over.

I dont like that it goes back out and you have to pull down from the menu again the building you want.

We just wish when we have complex problems there is a better way to work around those issues.

The back end is also reasonably easy to navigate and let's me do most of the things I want to do for registration.

People regularly complain about getting locked out of account and not remembering password.

Reporting does not give me what I need.

They even make sure to take time to follow up with questions that cannot be answered immediately in a timely manner.

In terms of the Public Website you have the ability to set news stories, posts, and registrations to become public or leave the site on specific dates which allows you to plan ahead.

The 3 different set up options make it cumbersome.

Another feature that I like is the ability to have people sign up for multiple weeks of Summer Camp at once, instead of having to add everything separately into the cart.

The ability to export different roster reports including custom forms and questions into Excel is a great feature.

I haven't recorded/ written down which ones but several times a week I a talk to myself about not having a handle on the back arrow!

I do think that duplicating programs could also use some improvement, but overall, the site is user friendly.

Easy-peasy.   If I need help, I call and get 100 percent knowledgeable, pleasant, step-by-step help and feel good about learning something new.    

Customer support is always available to answer calls and help to the best of their abilities.

I'm able to use MyRec to manage my fields and other facilities that we rent which as well has been much easier.

The ability to clone programs quickly and track registrations in real time.  

I have found that when I am creating a new program, or complex program, I should call the customer service line or request an appointment with MyRec staff.

Customer feedback is always welcomed and they are very proactive in implementing suggestions which=h has allowed them to keep up with the industry and outpace competitors.

I appreciate that MyRec is a comprehensive service and software that adapts to our Rec Department's needs.

I also love the fact that we have the bar graph to compare yearly income-it motivates me to do better-lol.
