SportEasy is a cloud-based sports and club management software that can be used by everyone. Whether a coach, a player, or a group of friends or colleagues meeting for a weekly game of football, SportEasy is used to simplify management of events, invitations, communication and statistics.

For clubs, SportEasy provides online software with features for member management, team and group management, instant messaging platforms, shared calendars and membership fee collections. Clubs can access the software on any device, import and export club data, attach files to members profiles and keep all members, coaches, and parents informed and updated through notifications and instant messaging. Clubs can create and manage several teams or groups at once, as well as monitor their activity and transfer members between groups. Registration and handling of membership fees are simplified through a payment tracking system. If desired, clubs are also able to grow their sponsorship revenue by adding up to 15 banners on the SportEasy website and app.

For teams, players can access both the website and mobile app to stay connected from any device, by sharing photos, videos, PDF files etc. They can accept or reject invitation invites into their team and individual calendars, and communicate on a centralized form of communication through dedicated event threads.

Event calendars are kept up to date with dates, times, and locations. Push notifications are sent for any sharing of key information, including cancellations, postponements, or changes.

Coaches and players can see who is available to make it to trainings or matches in real time, and keep track of attendance by listing absences, whether or not they're justified, and keep a report of this data.

Teams can create lineups and tactics, share them on social networks and choose who can see them.

Create and assign tasks - who will carpool, who brings the snacks, who brings the uniforms.

Stay up to date with the game through the live feed, and use the automatic report feature to check and save team and player statistics (scores, assists, etc.) after each game.
